Jets expectations to Farve to reach ?

After 16 years as Green Bay’s head man. The sure bound first ballot hall of famer now leads the Jets off the runway. A team that hasn’t taking flight for a bit now hopes the new pilot can fly them into the playoffs this season. Which is highly doubtful. The jets don’t come close to the weapons Farve had in Green Bay. An aging quarterback re-learning a new system after 16 years or less because he did start with the Falcons. New system, ageing legs and arm. Those things where said about him last year by some reporter. Farve then proved the theory wrong by hurling the football down the field for supposedly 50+ yards. Only thing i question about the this great modern day quarterback is his heart and desire to keep taking the hits, the frustrations to build something and not coming close to the year he had last year. Not to mention he did come to the toughest division in football in my eyes. The colts and Patriots. Not an easy way to start a relationship. O don’t forget he’s playing in New York. All eyes on you Mr.Farve.

Farve had a 95.7 QB rating, 28 TD, 4000 yard season. Farve went 13-3 last season and losing in overtime to now the Superbowl champs the NY Giants by 3 points. Could that game be the reason he kept playing? Coming so close to beating the champs have left questions in his mind? If so why retire and put your team through that trouble.  Instead to satisfy his hunger to play he signs with a much lesser team in my eyes and into the toughest division to play in. The Patriots just had a perfect regular season, 16-0. The colts are no pushovers either. That is only in that division. Still have the chargers to worry about also. I don’t get it.
